The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the charming Rhodes town, directly overlooking the beautiful Ixia Beach. The rooms were a bit cramped, especially the so-called suite they moved us to, which still had 2 single beds uncomfortably put together for a mother and her teenage son. However, the new rooms we were eventually given were fresh and clean. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, professional, and quick to attend to our needs. The dining experience had its ups and downs; while the meals were generally good, some of the dinner and breakfast options were not up to par, and getting drinks at the bar in the evening was a bit of a hassle. The facilities were adequate, with a decent restaurant and plenty of sunbeds by the poolside.
The hotel is located fairly close to the airport and Rhodes town, with uneven cleaning in the mornings. In front of the majestic Ixia Beach, the hotel offers uncomfortable seating for teenagers but a beautiful beach view. The dining experience is average, and service has a mixed attitude. The rooms are nice and spacious but with the world's cheapest iron that stained our clothes.
